About OnePlayer
OnePlayer provides a URL Stream Player application for Smart TVs and mobile devices, an activation service, and related tools. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
Your account and license
Some features require activation of a device or the purchase of a license or VPN pass. You are responsible for keeping your activation codes and account credentials secure. Licenses are tied to the device or account on which they were activated and are not transferable unless explicitly allowed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse OnePlayer or use it for unlawful purposes. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or interfere with the service, distribute malware, infringe the rights of others, or load content you do not have the right to play. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Third-party content
OnePlayer plays media from URLs and playlists you provide. We do not host, control, or endorse third-party content, and we are not responsible for it. You alone are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and play the streams you load.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Licenses are one-time purchases unless described otherwise; VPN passes and other subscriptions renew or expire as described at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer-protection law — contact hi@oneplayer.tv if you have a refund request.
Updates and availability
We may release updates that change OnePlayer's features or appearance and may suspend the service for maintenance. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
Intellectual property
OnePlayer, its logo, code, and all associated materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The license you receive is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use OnePlayer in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimers
OnePlayer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePlayer and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of OnePlayer. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using OnePlayer at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnePlayer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and OnePlayer agree to resolve disputes in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of OnePlayer after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
